I was on a business trip and got a flat in the middle of nowhere, had to drive 3 hours on a donut spare. It said on the side of it "DO NOT EXCEED 50 KM/H UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!" but I went 120km/h the whole way without issues :) ah, glad that worked..
